How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?
We recommend measuring the total square footage of your area and adding a 10-15% buffer for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For complex patterns like herringbone, a 20% overage is suggested.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we offer 4x4 or 6x6 swatch samples for most of our collections. This allows you to view the texture, color, and finish in your home's specific lighting before making a final decision.
What is the typical lead time for shipping?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom mosaics or hand-painted tiles may take 4-8 weeks for production. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How are fragile tile orders shipped to prevent breakage?
Orders are securely packed on pallets and shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. We use reinforced boxing and protective padding to ensure your natural stone or ceramic arrives in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for overage?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom orders and individual loose tiles are not eligible for return.
Are your tiles suitable for both floors and walls?
Each product page lists specific ratings for use. While most of our tiles are suitable for walls, floor applications depend on the PEI rating and slip resistance of the material.
