At Artistic Tile, we strive to ensure your design vision is realized; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on stocked items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team or your dedicated sales representative to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.
Prepare Shipment
Carefully repackage the tile in its original crates or boxes, ensuring all pieces are secure to prevent breakage during transit, and clearly mark the exterior with your RMA number.
Return Transport
Ship the authorized items back to our central distribution center using a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a service with tracking and insurance as return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned material to confirm it is in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a standard 25% restocking fee.
